Yoga classes based on Kundalini and incorporating other yoga traditions for a full mind, body, spirit workout!
Dandelion Yoga is designed to deliver the benefits of classical and modern yoga traditions, including Kundalini, Vinyasa, Power and Yin, alongside meditation. The Spring Term is 10 weeks starting on Monday 14th January. These classes are designed to give an introduction for those new to yoga but also to allow those that have been with me a number of years, or with other teachers, to deepen their practice. I work through variations in every pose to allow each person to get the very best out of their yoga experience. This term we will work through a journey of the chakras.
Spring classes are held in The Shalbourne Pavillion, The Lynch, SN8 3PZ.
Monday 14th January to Monday 25th March (no class on Monday 18th February for half term), 9.15am to 10.15am , 10 week course - £110.
Often referred to as the yoga of awareness, Kundalini is an ancient form of yoga, brought to the West in the 1960′s by Yogi Bhajan. This tradition is combined with powerful and faster passed Vinyasa Flow and restorative Yin Yoga.
Combining physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation, yoga sets benefit the body and mind, bringing you back into balance. These results that can be felt and seen as the body strengthens and the mind becomes more flexible.
