Yoga classes based on Kundalini and incorporating other yoga traditions for a full mind, body, spirit workout!
Dandelion Yoga is designed to deliver the benefits of classical and modern yoga traditions, including Kundalini and Vinyasa, alongside meditation. The Autumn course is 12 weeks, starting on Monday 9th September. These classes are designed to give an introduction for those new to yoga but also to allow those that have been with me a number of years, or with other teachers, to deepen their practice. I work through variations in every pose to allow each person to get the very best out of their yoga experience and assure correct alignment. I have split this long term into two 6 week blocks either side of half term so that you have two payment options:
Autumn classes are held in The Shalbourne Pavillion, The Lynch, SN8 3PZ.
Monday 9th September to Monday 9th December (no classes on Oct 21st and 28th for long half term), 9.15am to 10.15am
12 week course - £130
6 week course - £70 (Mon 9th Sept to Mon 14th Oct)
