Yoga classes based on Kundalini and incorporating other yoga traditions for a full mind, body, spirit workout!
Dandelion Yoga is designed to deliver the benefits of classical and modern yoga traditions, including Kundalini, Vinyasa, Power and Yin, alongside meditation. The Summer term is 8 weeks starting 29th April. These classes are designed to give an introduction for those new to yoga but also to allow those that have been with me a number of years, or with other teachers, to deepen their practice. I work through variations in every pose to allow each person to get the very best out of their yoga experience and assure great alignment. This term we will work through a journey of the chakras in 8 weeks.
Summer classes are held in The Shalbourne Pavillion, The Lynch, SN8 3PZ.
Monday 29th April to Monday 1st July (no class on May 6th and 27th for the bank holidays), 9.15am to 10.15am
