My last Yoga & Wellbeing Workshop with The Shalbourne Collection was over subscribed so we are putting on another in the beautiful Westcourt Barn in Shalbourne, near Marlborough. Here are the details:
9.30 to 11am - Vibrant Health & Renewed Energy
The first half of the morning will bring clarity to the many diet fads currently cluttering the wellness world and look at ways to get good fats and antioxidants everyday for vibrant health from top to toe. I will be sharing:
- Delicious Summer salad recipes with yummy dressings
- Tips to successfully cut back refined sugar, restore energy & aid natural weight loss
- Sharing the foods and supplements that leave skin glowing!
As always I will answer any burning wellness questions you might have.
11am - Break for Plenish Juices and healthy snacks
11.30am to 1pm - Yoga & Meditation
In the second half of our morning you will learn:
- Breathing for renewed energy
- Yoga postures to increase flexibility and vitality
- Mindful meditation
All of my recipes will incorporate those who are gluten, diary and refined sugar free as well as adaptations for those with allergies and digestive conditions.
