Healthy eating articles flood our computer screens and trendy new superfood recipes fill our bookshelves. Eating nutritious food is essential for our wellbeing but so to is exercise, sleep and management of stress, if we are to support a healthy immune system as we head into the Winter months.
I would like to invite you to a unique wellbeing workshop. We will cover key issues affecting our health, learning what to ditch and where to switch, which will incorporate the importance of good skincare. The workshop will be product led, so rather than telling you I will be showing you some of the best superfoods, explaining why these foods deserve this label and sharing best alternatives to sugar. You will take home simple breathing techniques that help you to detox mind and body. As a mother I am passionate about making sure everything that you learn in your workshop can be applied easily to each and every member of your family.
Why me? I am passionate about helping people to improve their wellbeing. Over the last few years I have sought out the advice and experience of leading wellness experts. The research alongside my yoga discipline is now reaping rewards for many clients and I would like to share more with you.
