My next nutrition & meditation workshop, at home in my kitchen, will cover the importance of essential fatty acids, gut health and breathing in the reduction of inflammation.
My work balances the benefits of ancient traditions with the latest research in functional medicine for a modern approach to holistic wellbeing. In this workshop I will debunk the myths and uncover the truth about dietary fats, the role of sugar in inflammation and the importance of gut health. I will be incorporating the latest nutritional research, which has transformed the way we now look at our physical and mental health.
We start with a nutrient dense breakfast, there will be a break for drinks with snacks, and throughout the morning we will explore:
