Initial 1:1 consultations are 1.5 hours and are held in my kitchen, near Newbury. If you are unable to reach me a Skype consultation can be arranged. During this time we will include notes you may have from doctors or nutritionists and discuss not only your physical challenges but also emotional wellbeing, both of which I see as inextricably linked. Work and/or family commitments will be taken into consideration when planning the best lifestyle programme so that meal planning, exercise and rest are manageable, not additional stress for body and mind. Health issues you may be experiencing can be managed and improved with the application of personalised nutrition. I will outline the benefits of the foods and meal combinations chosen for you so that you have the why and how to create simple, tasty dishes.
Long term health is built on our ability to manage everyday stress, eat mindfully, exercise and rest effectively. Once I have an understanding of your lifestyle we will work to add in gentle rituals that feed your mind, body and spirit.

Follow up sessions
These are an hour for kitchen cupboard weeding and cooking recipes together following your initial meal plan.
