We will discuss best oils and alternative sugar options alongside any questions you may have. We will also explore the value of juicing and smoothies, not juice vs smoothie!
There will be a fabulous goody bag containing food and skincare goodies for all the family, plus we can all enjoy a healthy Core juice whilst we chat better breakfasts.
