Amber Macintosh of Dandelion Wellbeing, will show you how to maximise your physical and emotional wellbeing through meditation and nutrition. Amber balances the benefits of ancient traditions with the latest research in functional medicine for a modern approach to holistic wellbeing. In this workshop Amber will share breathing exercises, meditations and nutritious plant based food inspirations for radiant Summer health.
We will start with a nutrient dense breakfast bowl, there will be a break for breakfast smoothies and throughout the morning you will explore:

- Meditations to improve mental clarity & remove anxiety
- Better breakfast recipes
- Food grown supplements
In addition Amber will share practical tips for balancing blood sugar, key to the reduction of stress and inflammation. There will also be time for all your burning questions! Recipes will be naturally gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.
